We're here to help, completely in confidence

If you’re suffering from abuse, or its impact on your life, our Hear Me service is for you. A completely confidential service, we can help you recover and thrive.

Do I have to book a timeslot?

HearMe doesn’t require a timeslot. However, some of our associates do work on a timeslot basis.

Do I have to speak to the police?

Your safety and confidentiality are our number 1 concerns. We work with Crimestoppers and the Police to manage sensitive cases – but only ever with your permission.

Can I choose who I speak with?

Yes! We have over 40 associates to choose from, many of whom have lived experiences with abuse.

Confidential. Online. Secure.

How does HearMe work?

HearMe is a secure online service, connecting you with an experienced associate. If you’re currently suffering from abuse, we’ll work with you to make sure it stops. And if you’re suffering from the impact of prior abuse, we can help you rebuild your life by managing the past and focusing on your future. Abuse does not have to be a life sentence.

HearMe is a completely confidential service and the first session with an associate is free of charge.
